I wouldn't spend the money or time involved to install a vbelt drive, on an underdrive (on an overhead or horizontal you can use a regular serpentine without cutting and gluing,and they work excellent) they are a good set up, asis, with the right belt. I use a RPC, but a friend has VFD's on his lathe, mill, and jigbore. He loves 'em.
